FedChoice FCU has implemented FI Works’ Customer Data Platform, replacing the credit union’s legacy marketing customer information file with a system that gives its marketing team a single, continuously updated view of each member.

The result is that now FedChoice, a $486 million credit union based in Lanham, MD, can identify and engage new members within a day of account opening, down from a process that used to take weeks.

VP of Marketing Christine Wright says, “With today’s pace of technology, marketing and business intelligence systems must move at speed.
